GAPP I

The employer can choose from three plan designs that include benefits for Accidental Medical, Weekly Accident Disability Income and Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Deductibles and expense maximums can be tailored to the meet the employer’s needs.

GAPP II

Provides the employer an option of several Combined Single Benefits (CSB). Accident Medical expenses, Weekly Accident Disability Income and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverages are paid from the CSB with just one deductible to satisfy.

GAPP ULTRA

For employers with at least 10 lives who want a higher CSB, we have GAPP ULTRA. ULTRA offers a CSB of $1,000,000 in addition to the regular benefits found under GAPP II.

TAPP

An Occupational Accident Plan created exclusively for Motor Carriers. Coverages include Medical and Dental expense reimbursement, Disability Income and Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Coverage available for Full and Part-time employees.
